“Epic Women” and “Of Nature and Birth” are the first two teaching resources on DVD. “More Than Food” (breastfeeding) is in process and others will follow.
Each DVD is approximately 3 1/2 minutes of photographs emotionally compelling and visually eloquent. Choreographed to music, they open heart and mind to the lived experience of giving birth and being born.
These DVDs are very effective as both a beginning and an ending to classes and presentations. Photographs detail labor positions, support and care. They also create a mood of reverence for birth.
The DVD format is convenient to use with a TV monitor or computer.
